GSRTC came into existence on 1st May, 1960, being a passenger transport organisation provides bus services to commuters within Gujarat and neighbouring states. After its accomplished efforts in the transport sector, today, GSRTC has almost 16 divisions, with over 1000 buses, more than 100 depots and over 200 bus stations. The remarkable growth in various aspects has led GSRTC to achieve the national award for fuel economy 2006-2007; this award was handed over by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highway (India State Road Transport Undertaking). To book an GSRTC bus tickets online using redBus.in, go to the GSRTC ticket booking page under the footer links in the home page of redbus.in Enter the name of the city you want to travel from, your destination and select the date of your journey, and click on “Search Buses”. See the bus details like time, amenities, boarding and dropping points, the seat layout and choose your seats from the list that appears. Select your boarding point from the drop-down menu, and click on ‘Continue’. Choose your payment option, like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash On Delivery, or PayU Money. Provide your card details, and that’s it! Your ticket is booked. You will receive an sms on your mobile, or you can get a printout of the GSRTC e- ticket that will be sent to your e-mail address
In case you want to cancel your redBus ticket, select the Easy Cancel/Refund option that is present on the top left-corner of the home page, and enter your tickets details(Trip ID), and enter your email address with which you have booked the ticket. Review your refund amount, and click on Cancel. If you paid by cash or used a cash coupon towards payment, you can choose NEFT or get an equivalent cash coupon issued immediately to your email. If you have booked more than one ticket, and wish to cancel just one ticket, then that can be done too, or you can cancel the entire bunch of tickets.
GSRTC runs a multiple of buses like Express,Sleeper (2+1), Non A/C Seater (2+3).
It's was great and superfast experience reached Abad within 4 hours and 15 mins. Would prefer this in future.
Red bus service is nice
The bus was GSRTC got good deal at good price, must not prefer for senior citizen this journey.
Was a nice journey but there was no guidelines so it was difficult to figure out which bus should I take and it was late by 1.5 hours with respect to timings shown.
