  • Ashok Leyland, a Hinduja Group company and India’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to set up an integrated commercial vehicle bus plant focused on green mobility in Uttar Pradesh. This will be Ashok Leyland’s first plant in the state.As a part of this project UPSRTC is going to lauch more electric bus in the state.
  • The Uttar Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) has made the decision to reduce the frequency of buses on various routes leading to Delhi from September 7th to September 10th. This decision comes in light of the upcoming G20 Leaders' Summit scheduled to take place on September 9th and 10th in the national capital. The summit is expected to bring about a series of movement restrictions and traffic diversions in the city.
  • UPSRTC is adding 17 more women's drivers. The First batch of Women's driver complete their training.

In this case, please get in touch with the customer care department who will help you with getting a copy of your e-ticket once you establish your identity.

No. UPSRTC online booking payments are independent and do not consider the traveller to be the same person who has made the booking. When travelling, though, make sure you have your proof of identity on you.
