1.didn't share live location of bus station and not in app share where we boarding to station or a bus stand. 2.we found that location by local people by searching terrifying. 3 didn't share of driver and other staff number that we talk and found location.so bed 4.which number they gave for helpline number this was unreachable 01912577475 5.and after call customer care they didn't connect the help ,they cut call my and after that not reachable so overall terrifying.

Worst bus travel ever, Red Bus pls remove J&K buses from Red Bus

The bus was late then an accident happened in the midnight. The journey hasn't reached the destination yet.

Driver and conductor had given our already booked seat to someone else and they told us that they aren't allowing online booking.

i don't want to give any star because i didn't get bus i weighted for bus till 6:50AM and bus cant reached boarding point Then i take other bus and i traveled I want refund otherwise i can't book bus anytime

Great experience everything is fine and good.

Bus driver says no seats for you and I faced too much problem.

Timing did not match. Passenger suffered due to the late departure of the bus.

Make my trip did not give the vehicle number and driver contact number. Due to this, my family suffered to find the vehicle.
