Got delayed by 3 hours which made the purpose of travel void. No hygiene in the bus.

There was a cockroach in the bed. I have the photo as proof! The bus was literally scary and rash driving at midnight. I have asked in the help section, nobody replied. Third, I think as mentioned it's Bharat Benz... some other bus has come in. I have travelled earlier in South India Bharat Benz buses. Fourth, my suitcase has been broken! I have the photo of it and it has also been shown to the driver and concerned person. Fifth, it was a trauma journey for all of my 7 members! There were dustbins kept near my head at the walking space, which was quite smelly. I have asked the concerned member to clean inside as there was a foul food smell coming. Whole night I couldn't sleep. Paying 2000 Rs, guys, will you get this kind of service? Worst!

Everything was great. The air conditioning was working properly and the bus was clean. Hygiene was also maintained. However, the blankets should have been cleaned and washed thoroughly.
