• August-September

• October-March

For a comfortable visit to the temple, October to March can be the ideal time. This is when the weather is comfortable and less crowded. 

Summers can be quite hot in Mathura. So, if you visit during the summer, try to visit the temple early in the morning.

Taking mobile phones, cameras, bags, belts with metal, etc., is not permitted inside the temple. You may use the cloakroom to store your belongings.

• Others

Maintaining silence is important, and follow your queue for a hassle-free darshan.

• Do not carry electronics or metal belts and bags inside

• The temple does not allow outside food

• Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the temple

• By Road 

You may also travel to Mathura via road. It is easier to travel from Delhi, Agra, or Vrindavan. Usually, the travel time is around 1-2 hours from Delhi and 30 minutes from Vrindavan.
