Bus was very late. I reached 3 hours late. I missed a very important meeting and a very important client. Thank you so much for that. *Sarcasm*
Bus condition was not good . But ok to travel there was one seat broken and one guy had to struggle in seating entire journey . Last row seats incline but very less so its difficult that people can sleep. taking about punctuality: Bus was about to leave at 7pm but they left 8pm. it was ok till now but later on i heard guy saying that he had paid driver for making bus late , so bus leaves at 8 and he can board the bus
Bad bad experience!!! I had read a lot of bad reviews about this particular bus. But having travelled to Goa by Paulo several times in the past, I thought how bad can it be? And soon I got an answer, and how! The bus was scheduled to pick us up from Wakad at 10:25 pm on a Friday. At 9:45 pm we receive an SMS stating that the bus is delayed by 2 hours! They answer calls intermittently and assure you that the bus is "just reaching" every time that you call or rather once in 20 times of trying to reach them that they answer your call. The 7th time that I spoke to him, he said that the bus got delayed owing to a flat tyre. When it finally arrived at 1:30 am, we were annoyed to find someone else already occupying our seat. She was going to get off just a couple of stops later in Pune. Since it was a single lady passenger, my husband let her occupy the berth till her stop came. But this inconvenience was not something we were very happy about after the endless wait. Lastly, they expect us not to want to pee (desperately) till 9:00 in the morning. Thats almost 12 hours counting the waiting period, not to mention in the blasting AC. And theyre unapologetic about it all. This was the first time that my experience with Paulo was no nightmarish. If youre getting in from Mumbai it still might be OK.. But those getting in from Pune, be ready for a lot of things to go wrong.
disgusting, pathetic. the bus reached mapusa delayed by 5hours. each and every passenger were disgusted.
