i would have given zero if there was an option. First of all timings are insanely wring displayed on Redbus website. Bus was 45 minutes late and there was no information about the bus number even after several calls. No attendant was there at the stop who could tell us about the bus location, ACTUAL TIMINGS etc. Also, there was a tyre puncture for which they have not any backup tyre, they halted for 2 hours for it and we got delayed at our destination by 3 hours.
