    third class service, AC not working, punctures, 10 halts as per their conveniences...will not choose neeta at all

    Dolphin bus service is not as good as shown . m booked for non ac but they said at the journey time that they have not bus and we must go in ac with 200rs. Extra charges. Its not fair for any passenger who cant afford the rent.
