However, make sure you have your proof of identity to go with the e-ticket if you’re asked to produce the same while travelling. Else your booking may be considered invalid.
Q: I cannot find the email which was sent to me at the time of booking. What should I do?
A: If you cannot find the email with your booking details, there is no need to worry as you can always access your earlier booking history by visiting the booking history section and request for a copy of your e-ticket. However, in case you had not registered as a user and booked your ticket earlier as a guest user, you cannot access your booking history. In this case, please get in touch with the customer care department who will help you with getting a copy of your e-ticket once you establish your identity.
Q: One of my family members made the UPSRTC online booking for me and paid it via their credit card. Will this pose a problem for me while travelling?
A: No. UPSRTC online booking payments are independent and do not consider the traveller to be the same person who has made the booking. At the time of travelling though make sure you have your proof of identity on you.
Q: Can I change the travel date on my existing UPSRTC online bus booking and reschedule it for a later date?
A: No, you cannot change any information like date, name, age, or gender on an existing booking. In case you need to make alterations, you will have to cancel the existing booking and make a new one.

A: Refunds are credited to your source account within 7 to 10 days from the date of cancellation. In case you’re still not received your refund, please get in touch with the customer assistance team.

A: The corporation has around 300 bus stations in various cities in and around the state. Each of the bus stations has various amenities for the convenience of passengers, and these amenities include toilets, canteens, restrooms, booking offices, timetable and fare chart display, fans, lights, public address systems, enquiry counters, benches and seats, etc.
