Bus had dropped us in wrong dropping point and we had asked about it for which their response wasnt good.
mentioned that bus will start at 6.15 at starting point, but reached at 7.15 even at starting point. It was informed by others that it is regular practice. Also dropping points are given till Madiwala, so we booked it because heavy luggage and baby. But when we reach Bangalore, forced us to get down at HSR layout and said that they are not responsible for dropping at Madiwala. Asked us to complain to their owners. Rude behaviour.
