Sharma Transports from Pune to Bangalore on 8th July, 2016 :- One of the worst Bus service availed till date. Nobody was interested in providing any update for delay, even though the Bus was delayed by more than 1 and half an hour. Nobody was picking up the call on any of the no. provided in the ticket. When complained to the driver, they said complain to the head office, whom we had already tried many times without any response. Bus seat and its blanket was smelling like it was never cleaned. Bus took much more than expected to reach the destination. on the portal it says 13 hrs., but it took close to 16 hrs.
