Need lot of improvement in every respect, to get a quality customer.
There is no value for online booking. Your seat no can be manupulated by bus conductor. It takes halt at very bad places. People must avoid this bus.
The journey of 11 hours took 17 hour for completion because of which I was 4 hours late for my interview. The bus unnecessary stopped for hours at various places. Bus quality was poor no doubt but even worst was the rash driving. Overall it was the worst journey of my life, the most pathetic ever.
It was most painful experience I ever had while traveling in a long distance bus. The ticket mentioned bus time at 5 PM, but the bus started at 7:30 PM. I got to know from bus staff that this is the time when they start the trip. The bus reached Kolkata at 1 PM next day, having 17 plus hours of travel time. On the way the bus stopped at places where food quality was extremely poor and passenger amenities (toilet) was most dirty. Out of the two drivers, one who drove at night, he was untrained. On the way scores of passenger buses, goods trucks and even tractors overtook him. The bus was driven well only from 5 AM when another driver took over. Please avoid travel by Vaishali travels in Patna-kolkata route.
