The Bus Number was different from the one told to us , The bus started from depot on time but left city 2 hours later and reached the destination 3 4 hours later. our overall experience travelling out there was BAD...
the blankets were dirty. TV volume was too high causing irritation. and bus was 1 hour late!
Postives was the punctuality only. However, staff was very bad. They stop the bus anywhere for more passengers and try to fit them somehow. Also they asked me to exchange seat with a single lady so i did and then fitted 3 people on my next seat. Overall, a very bad trip.
That was very bed experience booked ticket by red bus,as the seats were broken, helper asked for money for keeping luggage in the bus, time shows for reaching gwalior at 5.30am,but reached at 8am,and staff was so rude....pls improve
