This is the worst experience I have ever had. First, the time of the bus for arriving was 11:30 pm as shown, and the bus came at 1:45 am. This much delay. No charging points are working. Disgusted.

I booked business class and also paid the amount for business class, but they just made all seats single, sleeping bus, that's it. I don't know why they charged so high for such type of seats. I felt like I was scammed by this bus because the business class seats are recliners, not these types of seats.

Today bus is already delayed and it takes more time on toll just because they do not have fastrack recharge. They took unnecessary time to do recharge. It is us time wasting.

FastTag was not recharged. We waited for 1 hr on the toll. Ac was not working. Bus is running very very late.

Terrible management. Bus reached destination 4 hours late. Inexperienced driver. For a good journey, we give 5 stars, but what about a bad journey? What would you give us in return? Can you do the partial refund or give us some compensation for making our journey terrible? No, you cannot do it. In fact, I would rate. 1 star for deceiving passengers.
