Time taken by bus is more then as declare, bus reach late by 1.30 hrs., because all the time bus stop without any reason.
I had earlier travelled by the same operator in OCtober 2015 and rendered extensive feedback. While operators in India are known for their disdain to high end requirements from customers, I was pleasantly surprised that all issues had been addressed - the ventilation was good, the bus was just five minutes late at my pick up, it was spanking clean and there were crisp bedsheets and clean blankets. There was also a requirement to talk to the operator at the time of booking because of a difference in the price shown on the redBus site and on the operators site. I daresay, it was a very professional interaction and the issue was resolved nearly instantaneously. This operator is very strongly recommended on this route and in this segment.
Bus was ok but seats are not maintained smelling. curtains are not clean. reached to iffco chowk 20 min late.
Id booked a ticket to Udaipur for 17th June via Shri Rishabh Travels .But the contact no they gave never picked up phone and even though I reached in time at the boarding point, Tis , I couldnt locate the bus or the operator. Then I got a call from another no. telling the bus had left and asked me to reach Azad market and to contact them at the same unreachable no. again When I reached this point, the bus had left again and asked me to reach another point, Mandir Marg Its so ridiculous and pointless, chasing this wildgoose op whod cheated me with out shame and consideration NEVER AGAIN with this operator !
