worst one as I had to take another paid bus from udaypur in the middle of journey operator dropped me at udaipur
Push back was not properly working,i have to change the bus from Udaipur, you have to tell me before I booked ticket.it was so lengthy journey.
Charging pot is not running in bus.also no light are running in sofa.
Bus is Good. Punctual also. Staff behavior - Just like other buses... Just 1 hour before the scheduled time I got a call that the bus is cancelled. Then again in 15 minutes again confirmed that bus is leaving. Now the point is if the ticket is booked over the counter, I get instant refund and I can arrange for my transportation.. if the ticket is E ticket through any portal, refund comes after 24 hours. I think Redbus should confirm with the operator first regarding the bus and then put it on portal for sale... I simply dont understand why these bus drivers stop for Lunch/Dinner where no person would like to drink water even...
