I have already lodged a complaint against sam tourists in redbus customer care. Please refer that. Sam tourists transferred bus to Praveen travels and that bus met with accident where bus toppled to the right side. I have a head injury and i travelled back to hometown (Ahmedabad)
I could see the cleanliness and seats were comfortable enough. I travelled with MAyur travels and these buses had seprate leg space too which helped me have a good sleep during overnight journey. bus punctuality was not up to the mark. I gave it 4 just because it didnt affect me much as my further stays were accordingly booked. But bus arrived 30minutes late and dropped me at destination hours late which may affect the travellers who are already having a tight schedule.
1) The Bus started at 10 pm from Bangalore, instead of the scheduled departure time of 9 pm. 2)The Bus reached Kodaikanal at 11.30 A.M instead of the arrival time of 7 am. 3) The Bus could not climb the Ghat section as the Engine condition was extremely poor.
