Very Poor service. Not only the bus came late. The conductor charged me 10 Rs. extra as luggage charge.

The upper birth seats do not have sufficient space , the staff is not much helpful , in the 12 hours journey there is only one 10 minutes stop , there should be three stops so that people can go for toilet.
