This journey was made by my father who is 82 years old. Since the bus stand assigned by the service was too far away, we called up the travels and enquired if the bus can stop at another point which was on its way. On receiving confirmation that the bus can stop at the requested stop, my father who was waiting for the bus for almost an hour had to flag down the bus and run for it. Much to his surprise, the driver was not instructed that he would be boarding at another point. This, inspite of calling the travels multiple times and being assured that it will be taken care of. Another point is that, it would be helpful if the registration number of the bus is messaged to the passenger.
Hopeless travel. The AC didnt work. The bus was in a poor condition. Overall very bad experience
Best bus operator and kind to all passengers. bus timing is very punctual. I boarded from palakkad at sharp 8
It was a nice experience travelling with Universal Travels. The bus arrived 10mnts late but the conductor called and informed about it. It reached Chennai well on time. The bus clean and nicely maintained.
