Seat was worst, I changed 4 Sears still none had proper push back AC water is leaking inside bus Driver was very rude.
The said bus was cancelled and the passengers were informed around 10 pm n didnt take any responsibilty for alternative arrangement.
Universal Travels has a really bad Customer Service - 1. Bus reached 30 mins late. 2. Phone no. is always switched off- which means they dont want to help. 3.When I boarded the bus, our names were not there (me,wife and son) and this was the case with 5 more people. Excuse given was there is another bus that will pick us up - we refused and when we argued is when finally the driver and his colleague were OK to let us travel. 4. Your contact centre staff is pathetic- they speak and behave like robots, service is not prompt, stupid apology statements that we dont need.
Horrible experience. After a long festival weekend, I was supposed to travel on tuesday morning and on monday night around 10 PM I got a text that the bus was cancelled. I tired to reach both the travels and redbus customer care but it was not reachable. Again I booked a bus for friday evening and that too was cancelled on Thursday night. I had already traveled in this bus once and the bus quality was good. But you never know when they will cancel the bus. I
