The Bus was half an hour late at Wakad pickup point. When asked the staff about the late bus the staff behaviour was very bad, they responded that it is on the way but it seemed like they too did not even know where the bus was.
The overall journey was around 24 hours but the bus reached 2 hours late, as there was was traffic in between journey.
The most disappointing thing about the journey was the bus condition and its staff attitude towards its customers.
The bus was not maintained properly, the sleeper was dirty, the AC ventilation valve was broken so no way to control temperature.
The staff was even worse than the bus quality. They never bothered to answer simple queries like when would there be next stop or give proper amount stops for pee breaks.They even abused me behind my back after rejecting my request to stop for a pee break. I felt like I was stuck in a cold coffin for 25 hours and waiting for that miserable journey to end the whole time.
My only request to redbus is that, if you can manage to run a premium bus for this route, it would be better for your business as this kind of pathetic bus and staff would only drive customers away from you.
