This was a car rental, and I was travelling for the first time. Everything was excellent and the driver was really nice and courteous and dropped us at the nearest location.
Horrible experience, Red Bus is a big time fraud and bunch of liars and cheaters. The reporting time for the bus was given 6:45 am but the bus arrived at around 7:00 am and no one bothered to call me and inform about the delay. Imagine how it feels when you wake up early and arrive on-time, only to the bus is delayed more then an hour and no one bothered to inform you. The bus was in very bad condition, smelly from inside with dirty seats and floor, my seats recline lever was jammed so I was unable to change its position for the whole journey. Also bus stopped at various locations to pick and drop cargo, didnt expected that from a passenger bus. Lastly, the bus arrived Mysore at 01:30 PM as compared to the scheduled arrival time of 9:00 am. So, a total delay of 4.5 Hours for a journey that was scheduled for 3 Hours. Once I get some free time, I will surely take Red Bus to a consumer court for such horrible experience, failing to meet all promises and not even apologising for the inconvenience. Thanks, Amit
The bus was 2.5 hours late. The persons in the counter kept saying it will arrive soon. I received a message that the bus is only an hour late. My parents were sick and still they had to wait in the cold for a long time. Also after getting inside the bus, the blankets were still on the seats reserved.. These things need to be taken care of.
I was waiting at madiwala bus stand for 2 hours and there was no communication from Orange side that it is getting late. I have only received messages after 1.5 hours of waiting. However when the bus arrived at 8.35,the bus should have provided atleast some snacks or water bottle. The on going service has made my day really bad and was rearly upset with the service. I travel to Mysore several times through other travels. I thought Orange would be much better in terms of punctuality and leisure, but I was completely disappointed. I will never recommend orange travels to anyone.
