Blanket and water shall be provided. The trip was so much bumpy.
The bus was on time. The seats are good and cleanliness is maintained in the bus. I had taken a night journey, so putting on music after 3 am till I reached the destination at 5 am was a dampener.
My travel on 23rdJuly from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar was excellent with Patel Tours & Travels. Behaviours of the staff (helper) was rude and need to be rectified. But my travel on 16th July from. Jamnagar to Ahmedabad by Neeta Travels was very painful and I have lost Rs.1000/- as travels could not provide alternate transport to Airport from the spot where the bus got breakdown. breabreakdown.breakdownwill not travel by Neeta n
Okay so the bus from outside looked good.. Cleanliness was also good.. Conductor took all garbage at the end of the trip. The problem was with curtains they were pathetic. Behaviour of staff was good. Our bus was late by 15 mins as per shown time i.e. 9:30. Bus driver takes people after the last station of city and those money directly goes into his pocket which can become a sensible issue for other passengers as well!! Hope this problem gets solved soon. Overall a 3 pointer ride.
