Located on Mysore Road in Bengaluru, the Satellite Bus Stand is one of the city’s key transport hubs. Built by KSRTC, it was the first of four planned satellite terminals designed to reduce traffic at the Kempegowda Bus Station, handling over 2,000 daily long-distance and city services.
The bus stand is located opposite Gali Anjaneya Temple and covers approximately 20 acres. It has a separate area for outstation and BMTC city buses, as well as a dedicated depot. Services connect Bengaluru to Mysuru, Chamarajanagar, Coimbatore, Salem, Ooty, Puducherry, and other major cities across Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.
