I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to vijayawada, bus was cancelled. They havent informed me about that till the last minute. I was waiting at my boarding point for the buss and made a call to the driver, then I got to know about the issue. They might have sent a message regarding the change of bus and boarding point before.
Very bad behavior from conductor. Being a family its really the worst service from orange travels.they didnt waited for even 3 min. Conductor asked to catch running bus but they wont stop.
