Bus was supposed to start at 6:00 p.m from R.K Ashram Marg, but it arrived at 6:45 p.m. Then at 7:00 p.m it started from that point and reached Majnu ka Tila in 30 mins, as per the schedule it was supposed to reach Majnu ka Tila at 6:30, already 1 hr late by schedule. Now the situation become even worse when the driver said, bus will only when N numbers will be occupied and before 10:00 p.m it wont start from this point. So it was late by 3 hrs or more from its mentioned scheduled. Because of that I reached late to my destination and the whole planned scheduled was disturbed. One of my worst experience I ever had.
I thought that the bus might not be as they have projected. But to my amazement the bus service was very good. The scania buses are awesome, the Drivers are punctual and the conductor was well behaved. Though they used to turn on the Lights in between when the bus used to stop, but it was good. Overall my journey was awesome.
worst experience while booking ticket.App is getting crash again and again. It is not responding at payment page.Blocked seats are getting refreshed for booking even after 3 min. There was no space so you cant even sit properly.
