The bus seemed very old and very different seen from the pic. The other operators on the same route have much better buses. However, the travel was pleasant. But Redbus should make sure that the buses shown in the pic should not be so much different. Redbus loses trust due to it. I understand that it can't be exactly the same but it can't be that different either.

The service and driver were very bad and the driver and conductor behaved badly towards us. Very very slow driving, full AC, no blanket, no stop at hotel. Very bad review.
