Excellent travel experience with Platinum! The bus was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The journey from Kolkata to Bengaluru was smooth and pleasant. Special appreciation to both drivers, for their professional behaviour, safe driving, and cooperation throughout the journey. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended! The bus was scheduled to leave Kolkata at 20:30 hrs; however, it slowly stood at the originating point till 9 pm. When asked, the staff told the reason was late delivery of snacks. Later, throughout the road, they stopped at various places to take passengers. Needless to say, the driving experience was rough overnight. Shyatmoli or Royal Cruiser or Geenline is much better.
