Worst bus ever. Continuous noise from tire area and baggage part. No suspension in bus. Rash driving and very rude bus conductor.

The driving was perfect and punctual. The rest stop was neat and clean, and the staff behaviour was excellent.The interior design is perfect and the sleeper berth is very comfortable. It was an amazing travel experience with Citizens Travels, and I recommend everyone to experience it once you will love travelling with Citizens Tours & Travels.

Bus didn't stop at rest stop. Bus came around 1 hr late, drop was delayed by 2 hrs. Bus wasn't clean. Staff was also rude.

The bus was unhygienic and seats were too uncomfortable and bed sheets were bad. Good thing was bus was on time and the dinner spot for lunch was too bad.
