Washroom was very bad at the starting point with a strong bad smell, and in this bus, you will get motion sickness. The seats are not comfortable.

In the name of snacks, they provided just one XXXX biscuit packet, one XXXX cake packet, and a water bottle. Other operators usually offered a much better snack box with more variety and quantity. The washroom was not very clean, but it was manageable. Apart from these minor issues, everything else was good, and the overall journey was quite pleasant.

Worst bus service ever. Extremely unhygienic service. Bedsheet, curtains, and blanket were dirty and smelly. Pillow had no cover and was in terrible condition. Charging point was not working. The toilet was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Do not book this bus expecting toilet facilities. They call you one hour early, pickup van arrives one hour late, and takes another two hours to reach the main bus. No stops for toilet or breaks until 7 to 8 am, then straight to Bhubaneswar. The entire trip was a nightmare. Worst service, pathetic maintenance, and absolutely not recommended.

Charger socket not working. No hygiene washroom. The way of communication is not good.
