The bus was already 1.5 hrs late and I was deboarded midway and was told to take another bus, which again took too long to reach the destination. I reached my destination at 11:40, and the time given was 9:20, which is more than 2 hrs. Is this how you treat your travellers? I have my office at 9:30. Who will compensate for it now?
