Seat is full of dust with mud and no cleanliness. A/c is also very low with kind of smell from outlet.

AC stopped cooling. Staff tried to resolve the issue, but it did not work as the bus was new and did not know what went wrong. Please pay attention to AC maintenance of the bus @Pooja_travels_nagpur. Otherwise, service is good.
