Actual bus was fine but the connecting van from Tindivanam to Pondy was very late and was behaving like a town bus picking up passengers

One time no announcements were made for stopping 10 minutes. Bus left all 3 of us and went at 2:30 am. After 500 meters, they realised that we were not in the bus. We were really worried as all our belongings were in the bus including mobile. Vomiting bags were not provided. Neighbour seat traveller vomited and smell and vomit could be seen at lower deck walk path. Pillows fixed in the bus were very hard and giving pain to neck.

The seat I got was so dirty, it had someone else’s hair on it. The bedsheets were not washed. It was extremely dirty. My brother's seat had previous passengers' food spilt all over. When I asked the bus attendant to clean the seat, he brought an even dirtier brush to clean it. Also, I wanted to use the bathroom badly. They stopped somewhere near the toll. It was the worst bathroom, very dirty, no running water, and water was clogging all around. Never travelling on this bus again. However, the driver and attendant were polite and the driving was good.

We were unable to have our dinner as the driver stopped in a very poor restaurant for rest stop. The restaurant was very badly maintained with untrained staff and lack of manpower. We didn't get any items in spite of ordering. However, the bus drivers and cleaners of Travel In bus were well greeted by the restaurant. The restaurant management didn't even bother to take orders from the passengers. Rest stop hygiene was also poor. AC was partially functioning and the seats were also uncomfortable. Overall we had a very poor travel experience with Travel Inn.

Rest stop eatery was a veg and non-veg hotel where even separate handling was not there. The rest stop was too small for the number of people and for the number of buses that halt there. Considering stopping in a place which has both veg and non-veg hotels, like Eden Garden, would be a better choice.

Rest stop for food was very small space; insufficient for many people from many buses. Even if it's veg and non-veg hotel, it should be hygienic. Consideration for pure veg people was not there.
