Boarding point is mismatching from given on app and point of vehicle call us. Remaining it's good experience travelling in MSM travels, good seat comfort and hygiene also. AC is good and also charging slots available at every seat.

Switched off the AC while having lunch, after getting into the bus it was very hot.

It is a very old and shabby bus, not at all Volvo but mentioned as Volvo multiaxle in the booking page. Inside the bus it is very unclean and rotten smell was coming. AC was not at all effective. Bus suspension was horrible.
