I booked ticket from Bengaluru Silk Board and I mentioned my boarding point is Silk Board and dropping point is Andalur Gate. In that app, the same boarding point was mentioned, so I booked ticket but the driver refused to drop me at that point and dropped me on the overbridge itself at 10.30 p.m. without considering I am a 25-year-old girl. Now persons were there at that dropping point. Though the same dropping point was shown in the booking app itself, he refused to drop me. It was an unpleasant place.
