This was my worst travel experience. The luggage cabin had severe water leakage. On arrival at Meenangadi, I found my entire luggage fully drenched in water. All clothes are wet and partly damaged. This is unacceptable. Passengers pay for safe travel and safe luggage. For an A/C sleeper bus, we expect safe handling of luggage.

The staff were good and everything else was satisfactory. However, I could not sleep properly due to the excessive jerking, possibly from the suspension or the zigzag driving. Apart from this, everything else was good.
