Bus got delayed by 3 hrs. No sense of urgency was noticed by staff in completing the trip on time. I had to get down at Belapur at 8.50 am to catch local train to avoid Mumbai traffic by road. Cleanliness was not maintained. Bus is also quite old. Better to avoid.

The bus was late almost 2 hours, being AC sleeper they are adding excess goods into the bus. No timing, just worst. Don't ever travel by this bus.

Delayed arrival, very rude staff, toilet choked - could not use, not the top bus, it's the worst bus, should refund half money for this discomfort.
