Bus is very dirty and blanket and bed sheet were not clean. It was smelling bad experience.

I would like to share my feedback regarding this bus service. The live tracking feature is not available and the bus never arrives at the location on time. I have travelled with this bus twice, and on both occasions it was delayed. Each time a different problem was cited for the delay. Punctuality is very important for passengers, and such repeated delays cause a lot of inconvenience. I request you to kindly look into the tracking system and improve time management.
