Staff was very very rude. My pickup was 9.45 pm at Tin Factory, Bengaluru. Staff called me multiple times. I told him I was on the way and got stuck near KR Puram but I was not late; it was around 9.37 pm. I told him I would be reaching but got stuck in traffic. Immediately, his response was to come to the next stop KR Puram. I told him it was only 9.40 pm; how can you say come to the next stop? Again, he called me and told me that he would not wait one second beyond 9.45 pm. Luckily, I reached on time and boarded. Such a terrible service. I am a regular traveller and used to take Jabbar or Krish; they were very kind and understandable in these situations. Made such a blunder booking. I will never ever take this service and, moreover, reached Pollachi 2 hours late.
