Conductor was very rude. I told him to wait for five minutes. My parent was about to come, but he said he would not wait for five minutes, so he left the pick-up point. We caught the bus on the way between Jalgaon and Pune. I had three tickets; all three were senior citizens. I was just five minutes late.
