Drop point not reached. At Gachibowli, the bus took an alternate route. This could have been conveyed earlier rather than at the last minute.

Fitness of the bus was very poor. The bus broke down at Jedcharla. Now the time is 9:30 AM and I'm still on the way to my town due to the breakdown of the bus. Total 5 hours late.

The bus came before the scheduled time. They told us the same but, we booked a bus keeping the schedule in mind. I managed to arrive before the bus arrived, but one of my friends arrived just one minute after the bus arrived, but 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. The staff started to lecture me about waiting. I understood they already told me, but passengers could not change their plans because the bus was arriving early. Not everyone arrived before schedule. It was something I did not expect. Other than this, the rest stop hygiene was bad. I was not able to use it. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Bus was stopped about 1.5 kms away from dedicated pick up point. Aged person and kid travelling with me had to carry luggage and walk that much on the main road. When enquired about the reason, conductor got worked up and wasn't willing to let us board or load the luggage in vehicle trunk. Conductors who are rude and idiots are better sensitized.
