I booked the ticket only because of the location for departure was apt but they dropped in Gandhipuram itself. When we asked the driver, he told the bus was going for workshop. Very worst service. It took 9 hrs to reach Bangalore to Coimbatore. Very very very worst.

Not much traffic, still bus is late by 50 mins. Not clean, too dusty and smell is not good, not able to sleep. Rest stop is not clean, very poor and I feel toll rest stop is better than this (Anna Poorna Gowri Shankar) stopped in Sangagiri. Rest stop timing also very late, timing was after 4 am.

The tracking is pathetic, shows different timings until boarding, and punctuality is zero. Waited for 1.5 hr for this horrible bus, no staff to guide us. I would not recommend anyone to book on this last bus.
