This Falcon bus MP 09 BV 9720 did not wait for us at the said pick up point. Though the cleaner saw us there waiting with luggage, still left us all alone at 11.38 pm at night, when we both passengers were waiting at the given boarding point before time (11.25 pm departure) on Baroda Dumal Chowdi Bridge since 11.10 pm. At mid late night 11.38 pm, we both had to walk with our luggage all alone around 800 meters. This was complete carelessness! Otherwise, the overall bus experience was good.

The Falcon staff should remind passengers to speak softly, as some tend to talk very loudly, which can disturb other passengers. Apart from this, everything was fine.
