Bus pick-up point timing was 4:30 pm. But it reached pick-up point at 7:00 pm.

The staff was good but the bus suspension was very poor . while travelling it had continuous vibration resulting in no sleep in whole travel. They have transformed seater bus into sleeper. Sleeper bus has got always good suspension

My experience Mumbai to Malvan with this travels is very bad. Travels was already late by one and a half hour and they hold illogical many of the time and staff was very rude.

Charging pin was not working, washroom was not operational and the dropping point mentioned was not where I was dropped, I was dropped at another place. Live tracking was not working.

Bus was bumping/shaking too much. There was no usual route. Overall experience was troublesome. No sleep experience.

Bus was clean and bed was very good
