Very disappointing travel experience. The journey was hectic and uncomfortable due to poor seating arrangements, and the seats were not comfortable at all. The passengers sitting next to us were also disturbing, making the journey even more unpleasant. On top of that, we arrived XXXXX late in the morning, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The overall service was not worth the money paid. I hope the management improves seat comfort, passenger discipline, and punctuality to provide a better travel experience.

Need to have the short time(10min) stops after every 3 hrs of journy, due to ac the old ones needs to used to use washroom frequently.
