The pickup bus did not arrive at the promised location. They asked us to come to a new location in a short time. Then they were not punctual and delayed by more than 1 hour, and we spent time waiting on the road. This is unacceptable.

Don't book this bus based on the ratings. There's zero punctuality — the bus was 2 hours late at the boarding point with no prior notice. When I called, they said 30 minutes delay, but it stretched to 2 hours. The bus is uncomfortable, and the worst part was a breakdown that added another 1-hour delay. They don't even carry spare tyres. Terrible experience
