I am not at all satisfied with your service. The bathroom on the bus was unhygienic and lacked water—there was no water available when I tried to use it. The bed was also dirty; it was completely soiled and had not even been cleaned. Is this how a travel service should operate? Other travel operators maintain good standards of cleanliness. I will not be choosing your service again. Thanks.

I had selected a designated drop-off point Thiruverumbur, Trichy, but the bus did not stop there. Instead, the driver dropped me and four other passengers at the Panjapur bus stand at 3:15 AM. If the service does not follow the advertised route, that route should be removed from the website. It would be more appropriate to confirm the route before commencing the pickup. I request the administration to issue a formal warning or memo to Universal Travel. If the service quality does not improve, the operator should be removed from the platform. The existing passenger rating of 3.3 further indicates substandard service. I will not use Universal Travel in the future. Maintaining reliable operators will help uphold reputation.

Bus was dusty and bad smell, there was no toilet in the bus. They stopped the bus in the middle of the travel and said the bus had a breakdown so go in public bus.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was already delayed by one hour, although it eventually reached the destination on time. The AC blower was very slow, the ventilation system was not working properly, and the staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional. I accidentally forgot to take my food waste cover with me. The support staff immediately called and started scolding me. We were standing right in front of the bus, and I politely requested them to wait for a moment so I could collect it. Instead of cooperating, they continued scolding us and drove away without waiting. A simple mistake could had been handled politely. Passengers deserved basic respect and professional customer service. Very poor staff attitude and an unpleasant travel experience.
