Blanket was not provided, curtains were not cleaned and it was not clean.

Overall condition of the bus is not good and this is AC bus but they are not providing blanket.

Dropped us at CBT Belgaum instead of Khanapur stop, saying the bus had a problem. Even he did not arrange another bus. This was not expected. This cost us extra to reach our destination.

Buses are not cleaned. Curtains and blankets have a foul smell as if they are already used and are not washed. The whole journey was unpleasant due to the smell.

Make sure that your live tracking system is working properly because it shows me that my journey is completed before I reach my destination. Leaving this aside, all the services are good.
