I took ticket from wakad to Mangalre on 27 Sep 26 on bus. Bus was new and seats were nice it was in time also. but on reaching Uduppi staf stopped bus and told take your bags and go to another bus of same company. it was irritating.

1. The bus had to arrive around 9:30 but it reached at 11.00 pm. 2. Even after many calls the driver never picked the call. 3. My dropping point as per the booking was PVS Circle Mangalore but the driver asked us to get down at Pumpwell. 4. The tracking point led us to another place which was unacceptable. 5. For ladies this kind of travel experience is totally bad and not safe. 6. Due to such buses Red Bus will get bad reviews so avoid such company buses.
