Due to poor maintenance, the windows were leaking during the rain, leaving the curtains and nearby seat partially wet. Furthermore, the seat emitted a foul odour due to a lack of proper hygiene and cleanliness. Additionally, a passenger smoked twice during the journey, violating travel regulations.

Why are these people booking the ticket if they are not able to manage? It is worst experience. I called 50 times, no one takes the responsibility. I will request don't book the ticket of Sheetal Travels. If anyone needs clarification, please call me; I will explain.

Driver is rude and cleaner demanded money

Everything was good, bus driver and helper and bus timing. But the inspector was useless, charging extra money. Spoke to owner also, he also was same. I had 2 small hens, they demanded 400 per hen. I had to send it back. Later, when I checked, there were 2 to 3 murga which is used for fighting. I will be writing a complaint to Karnataka border and Maharashtra border as cockfight is illegal.
