Pickup time and dropping time also very worst. Bus timing was 10.15 pm to dropping time 5.30 am but bus came 30 min late and bus dropped us 6.45 am. The timing was very very very worst.

Do not wait for carrying the parcel service. Bus waits at many areas to carry the parcel, which is a waste of time.

Everything was fine except the timing! It shows drop at 3.15 AM for Thiruvannamalai but the bus reached by 4.33 AM only. Reading lights and power sockets were not working! But that was not a serious issue! Only the timing was poor!
