The seat was too small, they use microphone for announcement, which disturbs other passengers too, so I suggest using microphone only for rest area announcement, and call the passenger in person.

Boarding delayed by 2 hours and drop delayed by 2 hours. It is happening every time travel in this bus. Last time it was AC issue and delay. Delay is constant.

Last night I booked bus from Ottanchathiram to Chennai. The boarding time was at 10:30, yet the live tracking was not available and it said journey completed. I called the driver to enquire about the bus position, but he was not polite. I was about to board after the boarding point, so when live tracking is not available, the driver is the only point of contact so that I do not miss the bus.

All good except staff behavior. Worst behavior I have ever seen. They are treating us like workers in the bus. Especially some cleaner staff. Management needs to look into it and take action. He has to change his attitude and way of speaking.
